Ridge Caps

Metal roofing ridge cap is a trim placed along the roof’s ridge (the peak, where two roof slopes meet up). A ridge cap is normally installed only after all metal roof panels and any other trim are in place. A standard ridge cap length is 10ft  long and can be cut shorter at various lengths.

Fascia Flashings

These flashings are used over the fascia board usually between the fascia board and the gutter. This serves as a protectant to the fascia board to avoid water damage.

Wall Flashing

Wall flashings are at the intersection of the roof and a vertical wall. It is installed in a series of overlapping sections that “step” up the wall. This acts as a prevention from water entering any corners behind the siding to avoid  damage to the wall.

Drip Edge

Metal Edge flashing with an outward projecting lower edge (drip edge) with open hem, is intended to control the direction of running water and help protect the underlying building components. Drip edge flashing is a thin piece of flashing used along the edges of your roof. It is installed over the top of the panels and under the gutter. Drip edge flashing helps to direct water into the gutter and prevents it from spilling over the edge of your roof.

Closures ( Filler Blocks)

Out-Closures – are strips used to keep debris, insects and blowing rain from getting in under the gaps between the panels and the ridge caps.

In Closures – are strips used to keep debris, bats, insects, and water from getting in under the gaps beneath the panels. It has a similar ribbed pattern to the roof panel. And helps prevent bugs and water from getting in, while allowing hot air to easily escape.

Fasteners

Fasteners are used with our aluminum hangers to securely attach the gutter system to the structure.

Gutter Guards

Gutter Guards are coverings or screens for your gutter system that are designed to keep them from clogging. They offer several benefits, including saving time and money on maintenance, preventing water damage, protecting against pests, reducing the risk of mold and mildew, and increasing the lifespan of your gutters.
